Shipping policy

Orders placed totaling over £50.00 will qualify for FREE Delivery

All other postage details are listed below.

Mainland and Off Mainland UK

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Fully Tracked (we will occasionally use DPD)

All postal charges will be calculated during checkout

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days of receipt. We use a weekday service for all orders.

The Wildlife Community cannot be held liable for any item that has been dispatched within our stated time schedule but delayed due to the postal or courier services.

Please note we send items Monday – Friday only.  We do not offer a Saturday courier delivery service. Any orders received after 2pm will be sent the next working day wherever possible.

Returns

Our aim is to provide our customers with a first-class service and product but we do appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

We will accept returns on faulty items or items that have been damaged in transit, for a replacement or refund.  Please contact us first to advise us of the problem.

If you would like to return an item for any other reason please contact us within 30 days stating your reason. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any postage in these cases.
